Policies:
Head to Health Psychiatry is intent on delivering top-notch personalized care, while maintaining reasonable costs to patients. Patients whose insurance is not currently accepted will be provided a “superbill” form that can be submitted for out of network coverage to insurance plans.
Payment must be made in full at time of scheduled sessions. A valid credit card must be kept on file with “autopay” to pay for services outside of insurance coverage, such as copay and deductible, or out of network payment.
Please note: In light of DEA regulations and prescribing philosophy, this practice does not prescribe certain controlled medications, such as benzodiazepines.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be cancelled / rescheduled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance except in the case of a rare emergency, or you will be responsible for full payment ($350 for Initial Evaluation / $210 for Follow Up Appointment) for the missed visit. If you do not call / text to cancel or reschedule and do not show up for an appointment you will be billed for that time as explained above. In the case of illness or transportation issues, we can conduct your scheduled session by telehealth.
Pricing:
We are paneled to accept most major insurances; however, please see below for “out of network” insurance and private pay costs.
Initial Evaluation (Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation, History, and Treatment Plan) $350
Follow Up Appointment (Continued Medication Management and Therapy) $210
